The month of February I fall way short again. It could not be helped with still having knee problems.
Knee problems much improved. However with mega rain it kept me from a lot. On top of that I had a cousin in the Hospital for 10 days. She passed away. She was like a sister. I also had too take my dog too the Vet. She has Muscle atrophy. NOW my husband is in the hospital. They have done several tests that have all been negative. The last they will do is an Echocardiogram and MRI. He is having stroke symptoms... It has been a stressful February.
I will still start a MARCH challenge for us all. I feel exercise is important. I'm praying March will be better for us all...THANK YOU AGAIN for being part of this team...0 -
