Macros - pescatarian diet help

Hi, need some help finding high protein meals on a pescatarian diet?? Killing my macros balance. Please help.

Fish and seafood are generally great sources of protein so I’m surprised you’re struggling.
Unless you’re trying to reach a really high protein goal? How many grams are you aiming for?
You could try either upping the portion size or eating a protein rich grain or legume alongside - like quinoa, beans or lentils for example. Or a nut based sauce 🤷♀️6 -
Raw, tail on frozen shrimp. 100g has about 30g protein, 120 calories. I sprinkle them with crushed red pepper flakes and steam them only until opaque pink, and add them to a salad or low calorie tortilla wrap.3
