Losing Again and Looking for Friends 37 (F)

Hi! I did this all once before when I lost all the weight after my first son. Now it's time to lose the weight again after my second. I'd really love some accountability partners in this journey. My plan is CICO, walking every day (3 mile goal), and eventually joining a group fitness class (when everything doesn't make me tired!). I'm at 233 now 5'10" and planning on losing 50 lbs.

    Here is an ongoing group of folks who look to do three things each day to help them achieve their fitness goals. I've been a member since the second day here at MFP. Lots of encouragements, lots of conversation, and you will reach your goals if you follow the simple guideline of:
    1. exercise at least 20 minutes a day
    2. stay under your calorie goal for the day
    3. log everything you eat
