OK so you can’t go anywhere and you feel pretty crappy. But what can you do?
You can brush your teeth. (& replace the head a couple of times this week)
Sleep whenever you want
Put the trash can next to the bed for your tissues
Text your boss to remind him to see if you get extra sick time for covid
When you get a little burst of energy you can straighten the bed
Eat at maintenance. Eat real food. Heat up the turkey soup
Drop the guilt. You’re doing exactly what you’re supposed to be doing in this moment.
Order Christmas gifts.
Cancel hair appointment
Read a couple of chapters
Fold socks
If you feel up to it you can put away that basket of clothes but don’t force it
Open the curtains
