    My March LNS rule - No consuming of calories between 8 PM & 6 AM, so water is fine.

    I had to move my no eating after time from 7:00pm to 8:00pm because of work schedule.Still recovering from bad indigestion from the last late night snack.

    This is a challenge I can’t do personally because I take a medication at night that gives me the munchies BUT I changed what I eat at night to raw veggies and a cheese stick and almonds. I’ve lost 7lbs in a week by doing that.
