OK, so Friday I wasn't feeling well after work and fell asleep until 6:45 PM and I promised my son pizza so we didn't get to actually start eating until 7:45. In addition I just loved the pizza and kept eating it all night. Saturday my wife returned from a work trip and the eating schedule went right out the window. I could have stopped myself both days but made the decision to not.
But today is a new day!

Good day yesterday! I forgot my lunch so snacked a bit on almonds and dried cranberries just before and had my best run of the year! So I'm going to try eating after I run this week to see if there are improvements in performance.

I didn't run yesterday (decided to take the day off to let the body heal a bit) and with all the Covid-19 insantiy it was really hard to not have that second drink but I did it!
