    My March LNS rule - No consuming of calories between 8 PM & 6 AM, so water is fine.

    The run yesterday was sketchy but I still made it 5KM and I kept within the sanity of eating!

    I didn't run yesterday (decided to take the day off to let the body heal a bit) and with all the Covid-19 insantiy it was really hard to not have that second drink but I did it!

    Yesterday was super difficult emotionally due to the Covid-19 concerns and I made the decision to lose the streak and practice self-care instead. I made the right decision.
