Moong dal chilla...full of nutrients & rich in protein & fibers...
Moong dal
Mix vegies choped finely
Garlic ginger paste
Salt to taste
Red chilli flax
Conrs ( optional)
Mix all ingredients together don't add extra water..all vegies have inuff water make a smooth better ...heat a pan and spred the better on it..with a very little olive oil or mustered oil ..enjoy this tasty spicy healthy protein rich food with mint dip or catch-up
