Forgot to weigh end product

I made pulled pork lastnight, I have all the precooked weights for all ingredients but because it was a cheat day I didn’t bother to weigh the end product lastnight. It was slow cooked with a lid so I would presume it wouldn’t have lost bugger all weight like most cooked foods do.
I want to have some for lunch, should I just add up the pre cooked weight and go off that for my serving size? I’m guessing if anything I’ll eat slightly under as opposed to over.

For a single event like this, don't let it worry you too much.
If it were me, I'd probably add up the calories in the raw ingredients, then eyeball/guess what fraction of the cooked total my portion was. But, if you don't feel like it lost massive amounts of moisture while cooking (just going from appearance) you could do what you suggested, or make a wild guess about the volume reduction and use that (for example, if the finished cooked product seems to be about 75% the volume of the raw volume, just assume 75g of the cooked has the calories of 100g of the raw).
Do whatever method seems easy/reasonable, just make your best guess, and don't stress over it. Calorie-wise, it's a drop in the ocean, when it comes to your overall weight loss effort.5 -

It happens. I am willing to bet it happens to just about everyone if they do this kind of thing for long enough.
If no one else is eating it and you intend to eat it all this week it is even easier because you can use the raw weights and divide it into portions. For instance I cooked 2 pounds of carrots on Sunday. I ate about half of it yesterday so instead of logging the finished product I logged half the oil and half the raw carrots. When I eat the rest (probably tomorrow) I will log the second half. It does not actually matter if I divided it perfectly evenly or not.0
