With stores π¬ in my area running low having to find meals with little ingredients . Got a recipe to make a meal with little place it here for others.
Currently we canβt find meats to fresh veggies so when we do their worth gold.
All recipes welcomed kids to adult. Bulking up to weight loss. Vegan to meat eaters. All recipes can be used by others y me

BBQ or cheese π§ meat/or vegan meat alternatives Potatoes π₯- (3 ingredients only)
Sweet potatoes π or regular potatoes π₯
Meat or meat substitutes
BBQ sauce or cheese π§
Optional can add onions π§ any kind you have if any (4ingredients optional)
425* 35minutes depends on potatoes size oven baking sheet potatoes laying cut side up or anyways you like to cook your potatoes π₯ microwave even
Bake your meats/substitutes or skillet fry etc. then tear up shreds it . In saucepan add bbq sauce heat up. If making cheese π§ one then cheese (vegan or regular) on meats heat in oven or microwave to melt cheese on top . If only got cream cheddar soup or cream cheddar broccoli soup can add meat/vegetarian alternative in it heat up.
Cut open add spoonful of your meat/meat alternative topping cheese π§ or bbq version
Calories depend on the 3 ingredients used (onions optional 4)

Taco lime grilled chicken or meat/meat sub (3 ingredients)
Chicken or any meat or meat substitutes
Taco seasoning package or chili powder or bbq seasonings
Lime or lemon π juice
Optional (veggies /chips/breads/crackers/or tortilla/or soups)3 -
Chili πΆ- (3 ingredients more if you have it)
Can of chili soup/chili beans/any beans
Rotel tomatoes/ canned tomatoes/ fresh tomatoes π /spaghetti sauce/ ketchup /or chili powder mix
Any type of meat or meat alternatives even veggies
cook meat /meat alternatives then add to Heat up in sauce pan (draining it optional before adding)

Dijon brown sugar meat substitutes or meats (3-4 ingredients)
Dijon best if not then regular mustard
Brown sugar or white sugar with Karo syrup to make brown sugar from scratch
Meat or meat substitutes
Bake meat/meat substitutes or fry then add the marinade on top cook awhile longer3 -
Meat or meat substitutes y veggies (2-3ingredients)
Meat or meat substitutes
Any veggies you have choose 1-2 you have on hand (example broccoli cauliflower or potatoes π₯ or sweet potatoes or carrots with another veggie or corn on cob y limes etc)

Can also if combination is great for salads you have cabbage to lettuce π₯¬ around can create a salad (2-4 ingredients)

Apple juice marinated meat or meat substitutes (2-4 ingredients)
Bake meats or meat substitutes (can use on veggies like egg plant steaks even . Add salt y pepper if you have it or want it
(Egg plant steak slice length wise either direction to make steak shapes put in skillet with a tad of butter or oil or pan spray heat until browned y soft enough to put a fork through)
Apple juice in a sauce pan or pot with lid heat cook 15minutes . Pop lid let steam escape then recover simmer approx 15min should look like honey π― brush on meat or meat substitutes (if only have honey or orange juice certain flavored juices that you can imagine successful for this can use it instead)2 -
Cornbread y beans - (2-5 ingredients depending on mix)
Beans can or dry cook it
Cornbread mix make put in oven bake (can use less ingredients if need be to make your cornbread mix - no milk ? Add water π¦or yogurt no oil add water π§ use Pam spray or a tab(dab) of margarine π§ or butter or lard or even a little meat drippings if your at that point
Place in bowl top with the beans
Optional little honey π―,tab of butter π§2 -
Baked Chunks of flavored Potatoes π₯ (3-or more your choice)
Cut up potatoes into chunks
Oil /butter/margarine or pam spray it
Pepper
salt π§ if you have it optional
Pesto / garlic butter/ garlic powder optional
Parmesan cheese or regular cheese π§ or vegan cheeses optional
400* pan in oven or airfryer 20 min shake turn over
Sprinkle Parmesan or add cheese now optional heat another
Cook another 5-15min until tender crispy y browned3 -
Ice cream treat - (3-4ingredients) different combinations
1 scoop or 1/2 -1 serving Ice cream can use low cal fudge pops to regular ice cream π¨or vegan/vegetarian ice creams any flavor go by calories allowed
Use 1 serving of each
1.Hershey syrup with peanut butter
2.Carmel or chocolate baking chips 6-10 pieces with Hershey syrup
3. Raisins with nuts π₯
4. Nuts with peanut butter (optional Hershey syrup too)
5. Marshmallows 6pieces or 1-2 large ones torn up with nuts π₯
6. Strawberry syrup y berries
7. Granola with Hershey Syrup (optional couple nuts π₯,marshmallow ,or baking chips any flavor
8. Berries y banana π
9. Pretzel π₯¨ crunched up y Hershey syrup or baking chips or peanut butter or marshmallows1 -
Here in NJ, we're coming to the end of a week of being shut-in. I've posted a few things over under "What Was the Last Meal You Cooked?" thread under "Recipes." We were in Canada visiting family when all h**l broke loose, and got back across the border into the Grocery Panic. So, we had slim pickings, esp. in fresh meats and veggies. Just made tonight the last big fresh veg, a head of cauliflower, using a recipe, "Pasta With Cauliflower" from "Laura in the Kitchen" on youtube and web (see link below). Very simple, few ingredients. I didn't have small shaped pasta on hand, so I used broken fettuccine. I didn't have a loaf of Italian bread for fresh breadcrumbs, so I "crumblized" a hunk of my current loaf of homemade, no-knead, honey whole wheat whey-enhanced bread, of which I have plenty for the forthcoming siege (the makings of, I should say). I didn't have nice parm-reg cheese, so I used jar grated stuff. Check the other thread for some more recipes for their applicability [not just mine - some other folks have interesting low-ingredient recipes]. Shopping, we were able to get canned meats, dried beans and grains, flour, other canned items, etc., so we're transitioning to non-fresh items until the supply chain cycles in some replenishments. This pasta dish pairs with a slowcooker bean soup I made for a more complete protein (grain + bean = whole-ish). Good luck.

My favorite soup. Whatever kind of meat you have. Simmer a long time with bones, fat and all to make good broth. Add onions or whatever you have and like. Cool. Skim off fat, take meat off bones, return to pan. Add your favorite frozen veggies. Season to taste. Never gets boring. Always different. Always good.2

Beer bread no kneading - (2-3 ingredients)
3 cups self rising flour
1/4 cup sugar optional but gives a good flavor for sweet bread
1 (12ounce) can beer or bottled room temp
Optional 1/4tsp salt if you like the tast in your bread or to lesser sweet taste add to balance it out
Oven 350* spray or oil or butter your pan
9x5 inch loaf pan words best but can use any cake pan even.
In large bowl stir ingredients then put in pan
Bake 45min or until toothpick comes out clean .
Optional can add raisins,nuts ,cinnamon, dried herbs,olive oil, cheese, or even cubes ham if you want to create something fun
Leftover bread plastic wrap or foil in a cool dry place for 5days. Can also freeze bread defrost in oven or broiler

Nacho /tortilla casserole type meals for family or self- (vegan to meat eaters type) can use tortillas or chips
Can use oven or airfryer
/Place tortilla chips
/Top with beans (Blk beans,pinto,refried,red bean ,any you got on hand)
/Top if you have any with Your choice of veggies if you have them (bean sprouts,bell pepper to jalapeΓ±o peppers any type,tomatoes if you like, spinach,broccoli ,cauliflower ,cucumber,squash ,onion any you got on hand that sounds good to you
/ Top with any vegan to regular cheeses you have
/ optional after can top with Greek yougurt or sour cream ,guacamole,salsa,bacon bits,meats or vegan meat substitutes,etc on choices
For oven 350* for 15-30 minutes check occasionally when beans are hot itβs done.

For tortillas huge casserole like lay to fill pan or for individual portions lay apart by themselves with toppings on them for crispier version
Top with canned beans (if bag beans cook until soft then place on it),add any veggies (pre fry any needing fried up like squash as example) , any meats can be added (after precooking them browning) if itβs precooked bag hams cubes or precooked bacon types even bacon bits just add (vegan meat substitutes brown add at the end so itβs more crunchy not soggy., Now top with cheese or cheese substitutes. After on plate can add salsa,guacamole,Greek yougurt or sour cream type toppings.
Air fryer add it all (precook anything needing browned or softer like squash/ bell pepper to jalapeΓ±o types if like crunchy just add it if want it browned then brown it) . Cook 350-400* for 10-15min depending on amount check beans if hot can stop if not continue cooking.

Ham y cheese sandwich π₯ͺ with canned spam or ham (can substitute with other meat options or substitutes) (3 ingredients)
Get out the frying pan π³ spray with pan or use margarine or oil or even lard (can be the fat in a pan after you cook let it cook reuse)
Place the ham in frying pan brown it add cheese so it can melt .Remove out in between 2 slices of toasted bread any kind.
Can do this with bacon to egg even vegan meat substitutes0 -
Brownies (3-4 ingredients) chocolate or peanut butter ones
1-1/4cup (13 ounces) chocolate Nutella or peanut butter
2 large eggs or 2 servings egg whites

Thank you for these. Might need some of them when the virus hits Australia harder. Hope you're doing well. Really like the tortilla/nacho ideas. I should remember to use my airfryer more. I think I'll print off these ideas1

Boiled eggs π₯ (1 ingredients)
After cooking put in a ice bath (10 minutes in cold water with ice helps it peel easier or at least cold water let it sit awhile then peel. Place in Tupperware after keeps for 1 week restaurants like I worked at did this then grabbed slices for your salads or chicken/tuna sandwich or egg on a stand with salt y pepper shaker we reheated in bowl of warm water if customers wanted it hot but normally served cold.
high heat Boil 5,6,7,10,12minutes time depends on how you want them to be inside. I do a full 15-20minutes I like it fully cooked y hard inside so the yoke crumbles into my salad yummy or tuna sandwich or anything I make or eat by itself.
Can also cook in a egg π₯ steamer most turn off when done others read instructions for time. Poke hole in top with some machineβs
Boiled in microwave for you college kids or stuck in Base like my Navy Daughter - place in bowl of hot water π¦. Cover bowl with a plate boil 4minutes for runny yolk. More cooked leave in hot water another 2-5minutes .
To bake them place eggs π₯ in cupcake pan (can use cupcake liners if wish) 30minutes at 350* will have a few red dots after just cut them away.
Can add pepper y salt π§ eat as is or by itself with nothing. Some folks like ketchup. Can place in sandwiches π₯ͺ to salads.

3. Deviled eggs cut in half remove yolk put yolk in a bowl with desired ingredients then stir place on top of egg half

1.Rice rinse then refill let it soak while you go to step 2.
2. Cut up carrot π₯ y green onion chives place in bowl
3. In another bowl slice sausage or chorizo
4. In bowl mix 2 eggs π₯ or 2 servings egg whites add a little oil pour into rice
5. In skillet add sausage or chorizo to cook brown then add your bowl of veggies cook awhile then add some canned corn heat some more. Add 2 Tablespoons soy sauce, 1/2 tsp salt stir y cook more
6. In Instapot it rice π π maker add your rice mixture from 4 then add a cup of water.
7. Now add on top of rice your browned meat y veggies so they can finish cooking spread it out to cover top of rice fully .
8. Turn on wait when done stir y serve top with more chives
