    Ramen Noodle Dishes (5 ingredients approx or less each)

    Seasame Garlic Ramen (can cut recipe in half for smaller amount)
    2 3ounce packet Ramen Noodles (take packet of seasoning put aside for another dish later you make...if seasoning in it cup of noodles then make as is)
    Minced garlic 🧄 2 cloves or 2 tablespoons
    Optional 2tsp siracha (hot sauce can skip optional)
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    2tsp Seasame or any oil even butter or pan spray (optional can add flax seeds to Seasame seeds )
    1 tsp brown sugar (or make from white sugar with karo syrup)

    Cook in pot noodles
    In pan use oil add garlic 🧄 to cook it up
    Then remove pan from heat add other ingredients except noodles mix up
    In Tupperware or on plates add sauce on top of noodles mix up.
    Optional can add green onions or chives on top

    Soy Sauce Substitutes

    1.Worchester sauce
    2.Tamari
    3.fish sauce
    4.mushrooms soak use the liquid instead

    Make a makeshift soy sauce need
    2 Tbls beef bullion
    1 tsp molasses (can use pancake syrup )
    1 tsp Apple cider vinegar if you have it
    Pinch garlic powder
    Pinch of ginger (cinnamon if don’t have it)
    Pepper to taste

    Lasagna ( 4 ingredients more if you have more)

    Need
    Lasagna noodles
    Spaghetti sauce, tomatoes 🍅 purée, canned types of tomatoes or pizza sauce even
    Cheese any even can use Vegan 🌱 cheeses
    Meat,beans,spinach,etc on choices choose one you like as the main ingredient or can choose multiple of you have it.
    Optional olive oil,pepper,seasonings,etc
    For on top optional or in it Greek yogurt to cottage cheese or sour cream even, chili lime flavored tortilla chips can be placed on top then covered in cheese. Some folks even add pecans to flax seeds.

    For ready bake noodles just lay in pan / homemade lay in pan/ regular types boil in water pan until softer place in pan rotate cook again other side if pans smaller than needed.
    Arrange how you want then bake 375* 45min covered then extra 10 minutes. If no foil take another pan lay on top to do this or bake uncovered if no choice.

    My Moms favorite Tortilla chip casserole (can make it your own tweet away not twerk lol 😂)

    Pan 375* 30-35minutes

    Place tortilla chips lemon lime flavored (if got a different flavor can use it will be different treat making it your own.
    Top with a can of rotel tomatoes
    Top with hamburger meat or vegan version (can use another meat if out) browned cook it first
    Top with more chips
    Cheese or vegan cheese lots on top
    Can add chives or onion 🧅 if you like on top of cheese 🧀.

    Homemade Tea (half ingredients if want less)

    Can use coffee maker put bag y sugar in or a pot of water on the stove with water y sugar in it.2 bags = 1 gallon
    Substitutes for sugar (lots of sugar substitutes out there from sweetnlow to adding juice) .I like to add a little sugar with 5 sweetnlow packets per gallon (I had diabetes during all pregnancies Doctor put me on less to no sugars per food item y drink)
    Can add orange to lemon to flavor

    Sun Tea- (100* degree days are perfect for this can still do it in 90* weather days too)
    4-8 tea bags
    2qt to gallon glass container
    Add water put lid on tight in Full Direct Sun ☀️ 🌞 Light ! Move if sunny spot gets shady.
    Takes 3-5hours can leave out longer my Uncle Does he adds sugar to it in the jar before setting it out so it melts tastes so sweet .( He’s Cuban mix well no wonder I had Pregnacy Diabetes as a kid we drank his tea all day long he’s my 2nd Dad he shoveled sugar into it don’t even think he counted scoops) can also add fruit in the jar or mint leaves Ect to flavor while the sun cooks it
    Must Drink All within 2-4days if by sun ☀️ but tastes so much better /longer if by coffee maker y stove top a good week.

    Peanut 🥜 butter
    Honey nut 🥜 Cheerios ,Cheerios, or kids Kix cereal types can also use honey snacks cereal

    Mix it up get them a bowl spoon it in let them chow down!

    Easy creamy Chicken (2 ingredients)

    Choose 1 Can of cream of (mushroom,chicken,celery,cheddar cheese,cheese y broccoli,etc)
    4 or more chicken pieces or a full chicken (can use a substitute for this meat like turkey to steak) if no cream of soups can use broth soups or other types just change how you cook or time for it like chili just top with cooked chili at the end

    Bake at 275* for 1 1/2-2hours
    Can serve over rice 🍚,noodles,Cous Cous or veggies or eat by itself

    Crockpot or instapot 4-6hours on low

    Can fry meat or vegan 🌱 meat substitutes if it’s in pieces top with soup continue cooking

    (3 ingredients) cream cheesy tacos 🌮

    1 can rotel tomatoes or salsa (can substitute with homemade versions)
    Meat (chicken tastes the best) (for vegan meats fry up y top with this)
    1/2 bar cream cheese (can substitute with sour cream,Greek yogurt,cheese or vegan ones if don’t have this)

    Meat with rotel in Crockpot or insta pot on low 4-8 hours depending on type of meats. Less time for precooked meats 1-2hours check occasionally or to bake or fry add rotel near the end

    Top with cream cheese or cheese 30minutes before serving or just top with sour cream or Greek yougurt at end .

    Eat in crispy 🌮 taco shell to tortilla or chips etc

    Easy Blk bean Vegetarian/Vegan Lasagna

    All you need is 55min at 375*

    1 can corn 🌽 toss juice in too (1/2 can per tier)
    8 lasagna noodles (4 on top of beans then add 4 more on top then add cheese 🧀 or vegan cheese)
    Spaghetti sauce (can use alternative but will need a tsp sugar if you do)
    1 can Blk beans drained
    Cheese 🧀 sliced,shredded,vegan or not doesn’t matter.

    I put beans y 1/2can corn 🌽 with some spaghetti sauce/layer noodles/cheese 1/2 can corn 🌽 /layer noodles/cheese

    In that order. Tastes great grab a bowl y serve can also place a sliver on top of wheat spaghetti noodles.

    Dinner from tonight-

    Cook pork tenderloin slices (1.5#) on the stovetop, stir in 1.5 c chopped kimchi and gently reheat for a couple of minutes. Serve over cooked brown rice.

    (I add some additional veggies on the side but it's optional.)

    Great Depression Poor Mans Meal- (3 ingredients

    Fry up some potatoes 🥔
    Add meat hotdogs/hamburger meat/vegan/ chicken/Any you got even Spam can work fry it up together
    Toss in some onion 🧅,garlic,or carrots if you got it.

    Serve after you fry until it’s all softer y browned

    CAKE ICINGS (milk what you got) (to soften butter or margarine stick out if freezer into fridge for a day)

    Buttercream icing (FOR CAKES 🧁 to cookies)

    2-3 cup confectionary sugar (powdered sugar)
    2 Tbls milk 🥛 or cream
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/3-1/2 cup unsalted butter 🧈 softened

    Mix y place on top of cake 🍰 to cookie 🍪

    Chocolate Icing

    1/2-1cup softened butter
    1/3 cup Milk 🥛 or cream
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp sea salt optional
    2/3 cup sifted cocoa powder or chocolate protein powder or 2-6 Tbls Hershey syrup
    3 cup powder sugar sifted

    Peanut butter frosting 🧁

    1 cup peanut 🥜 butter
    1/3 cup milk 🥛 or cream
    1/4 tsp salt or sea salt 🧂
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 cup confectioners sugar
    5 Tbls softened butter 🧈 or margarine
    ——-

    Substitutes for vanilla extract -
    1. Vanilla milks or vanilla creamer
    2. Rum or brandy
    3. Almond extract
    4. Maple (pancake) syrup

    Powdered sugar- how to make it
    In blender or food processor or in beat it in a cloth to break regular sugar up. That’s all it is broken sugar. Can add a tablespoon cornstarch to 1 cup sugar if you like some do it that way too.
