Can make your own Sugar Scrub for exfoliating
use salt ,sugar,or coffee ground up in 1/2 cup olive oil (can add essential oils like peppermint ect ) place in a jar use as you go2 -
Homemade/substitute Shaving creams

3) hair conditioner
4) coconut oil or Almond paste or Mango butter

6) oils - Olive oil to grape seed oils
7) lard (rinse y wash face well after there’s a reason men don’t use it anymore)

1) essential oils in a glass container dab on
2) or fresh mint leaves to other garden herbs 🌿 boil add 3oz boiled water in a glass container use as needed store in fridge
3) essential oils add to water in spray bottle spray on hair y body
4) piece of cedar from a tree add to jar add 3oz-4oz boiling water store in fridge use as needed
5) mint leaves or certain garden ones rub onto skin
For skin -
If you have an aloe plant
Peel in half use spoon 🥄 to scoop out inside
Can freeze in ice cube tray use as needed for burns,sun burn,etc
Can mix with olive oil rub into hair as a conditioner
use food processor or mix vigorously the. Use a paper towel cut nose hole y eye holes dip in ring it out then apply to face for sun burns to as a facial mask
Use it as shaving cream apply it straight to armpit,leg,face y start shaving 🪒
Add it to lotion y apply for some types of dermatological rashes. (Ask Doctor if you have certain skin issues won’t work to get rid of fungus more for dry skin)0 -
Homemade popsicles
Ice cube tray or popsicle tray or metal cupcake pan
1) Add Any flavor pudding mix even Sugarfree with your choice milk for fudge pops
2) Add Juice y can add fruit y creams
3) Add flavored or regular teas (also good as ice in your regular tea glass or pitcher)
3) Flavored milks can also add flavored creamer to regular milk .Can use fruit to caramel y nuts in blender poor in
4) water y fruit can add little squeezed juice or honey or sugar water
5) ice cream put in with melted chocolate
6) banana or fruit dip in melted chocolate freeze in freezer get out y eat
7) Melted chocolate y fruit or milks can create many recipes even nuts y honey
8) jello or sugarfree jello mix put in (doesn’t melt so mess free for kids!!
A change for chocolate 🍫 Candy -
A pan can melt chocolate or different flavor chocolates can also add nuts,fruit,honey ,etc ingredients your choice of what you like . Place in pan put in freezer to let cool (wax paper if you have it makes it come off easier)

Baby Stuff
Homemade wipes 🧻 for baby-
cut paper towels into 1/2 put baby oil y Johnson y Johnson soap in it with boiled 1-2cups let let cool of water. Use good paper towels strong sturdy ones. Can use substitutes like witch hazel a tablespoon with 2 Tbls olive oil (no perfumes baby is delicate no need to smell like flowers or oranges etc)
Baby food can freeze it!
Boil carrots until soft place in Tupperware mash mash mash (potatoe masher you food processor even fork but mash until zero lumps!) can freeze it on ice cube trays or even Tupperware containers or popsicle molds.
Boil veggies same way mash away!
Meats boil place in blender or food processor pick out chunks same thing can freeze it until ready to use.
Fruits can boil mash up like apples into applesauce add a dash of cinnamon-or nutmeg barely any for flavor.
Watermelon 🍉 pick out seeds mash away!
Rice cook until soft mash (can add broth to it healthier fresher the better )

Do exactly how the military guy shows to fold sew 🧵 around it to make a rectangle then cross X to keep from unfolding. Add string like the pictures show . Tie on .Toss on washer with bleach y soap even. It’s about protection not looks so who cares what it looks like. Can add a layer in it if like of cloth to add a piece of your A/C filter /furnace filter or anything you think would help even more just add a button inside facing inward to remove when you wash spray the filter with Lysol or bleach water lightly let sit0 -
During this CV19 lockdown, I've been watching vids on a youtube channel, "Il Refugio Perfetto" ("The Perfect Refuge"). She has a lot of simple, basic recipe ideas. Italian. Usually not with voiceover, but translated subtitles for ingredients and methods. Interesting. I don't have all the fresh ingredients on hand that she uses, but she stimulates ideas anyway. FYI.1

Same here I miss lettuce y spinach leaves but what’s available that trip in the store or by mail is what I got. I miss fresh veggies big time to tortillas being so easy to come by.
