Anyone with me? Did you ever find a solution to this?
When I work out in the evening I sleep very poorly and restlessly. I can't work out earlier as my blood pressure is too low to do any sport until after dinner. And then of course I need about 90 minutes until after dinner as working out with a full stomach is a no. I usually still have about 90-120 minutes until bedtime, but it's not enough. Hell, if I hike during daytime I still don't sleep well.
