    Steak????
Remember the steak escape at the mall 😁

$3.95 for all you can stand.

I didn't know whether to eat my meal... or give it a ride home.

I did my morning yoga and core workout :)

Good for you. I'll get there this afternoon.

Instead, I did 4am cardio before I got lazy & talked myself out of it.

I'm glad I could help. Everyone needs a rest day to eat cookies 😋

For the record, I do not have any Nutella in the house and for that I am proud. I think.

You've eaten all of it already while binge watching Netflix, right?

And the grocery store is now sold-out of every size of Nutella.

    It's okay..... we understand.

    We completely & fully understand.

I actually have a hard time finding Nutella. I'm thinking it's a comforting food for some, kinda like eating a spoonful of peanut butter outta the jar...maybe....

I grew up in Italy eating this stuff. Have loved it for years but it does have hydrogenated stuff in it. But it is comfort food lol. I'm glad I dont have it because i would surrender to temptation.🤏

Interesting, I also grew up in Italy as well. I also don’t keep it in the house for the same reason. Athough anything produced by Ferrero is comforting to me, but what I miss the most is Kinder brioss.

    Bulk delete haha

I couldn't figure out how to do it from the app. It only allowed me to delete 10,000 at a time twice then I couldn't figure out how to do it lol. I'll try again tomorrow from my laptop.

I'm very important that they want to give me 15% off my purchase 😂🤣 90% of my emails are from retailers.

I use my work email for those kinds of emails. I think the IT dude is bewildered by the amount of spam I get. :D

I skipped the donuts and had a Belvita breakfast bar instead. I'm also super proud for logging my food for the week with the exception of one day that I was just not in a good mental headspace to do it but all the other days were logged. Eye opening 😳

Great job. I need my mojo back.

I could've eaten at least 4 of the buns my daughter made for my son's birthday today, but I had just one! Enjoyed it with no guilt, logged it and moved on. The small birthday party was about his birthday (he's 15) and not about me stuffing my face! :p

I've had this 12 pk of Coke for 4 days and I haven't had desire to open it.

Same, but my 12-pk of Coke is a case of ale.

Good job! I love to drink cranberry ginger ale with a splash of Malibu. So refreshing!
I bought a pack with four cookies and I only ate one 😁

Show me your secret. I have a hard time at stopping at one. Good job.

My secret........ well........I just keep reminding myself that I wanna look good naked!!!! 😜😂
    That normally works 😉

That works... any inspiration is useful.

I had a friend who lost 75-lbs by pretending she was getting in shape for a movie role, like the guys who buff up for a superhero role. Whenever she had cravings, she'd ignore them & put $1 in a jar, as if it were her acting role pay. She also taped pics of a very fit actress in a bathing suit around her workout room so with each workout she didn't want to do, she'd tell herself that she was 1 day closer to looking like that pic.

Took her 6-mos... even her skin looked better after all that weight loss.

I love the 1dollar jar idea. Am starting this tommorow 👌. I just need to find a jar 1st
