I been days drinking 3-6 cups of green tea
I didn't notice any good effect
I find it as I drinking water
Or black tea with less caffeine ❔❔❕❕
Am I right 🔍🔍❓❓

    If you want the get healthy benefits form green tea like with many things you have to drink a ton.
    Probably could just drink water

    I'm also curious about the effects you were expecting.

    I like several teas, but don't just love green tea. The effects I like are the taste variety, hydration, and keeping me away from other more caloric or judgement impairing choices. :drinker:
