I been days drinking 3-6 cups of green tea
I didn't notice any good effect
I find it as I drinking water
Or black tea with less caffeine ❔❔❕❕
Am I right 🔍🔍❓❓

If you want the get healthy benefits form green tea like with many things you have to drink a ton.
Probably could just drink water0 -
What effect were you expecting? Unless you were already deficient in those vitamins, it's just a drink, it won't do much except hydrate you.5

How many cups should I consume to get benefits ?0 -
Green tea does not contribute to weight loss6

I'm also curious about the effects you were expecting.
I like several teas, but don't just love green tea. The effects I like are the taste variety, hydration, and keeping me away from other more caloric or judgement impairing choices. :drinker:1 -
That's a bogus claim.
The only way it helps you lose weight is 1.) It has caffeine, so you may have more energy and 2.) Drinking a lot of fluid helps fight that hungry feeling.
Other than that and the antioxidants are good for you - not gonna help with weight loss.
Have you tried apple cider vinegar?
I am kidding.6 -
Lol... that's awful but gave me a chuckle3

You can drink all the tea you can stomach, you won't lose weight from it. No food or drink or vitamin or supplement causes or helps weight loss. Anyone telling you otherwise is trying to sell you something.5 -
Please! How would consuming any kind of food make you lose weight quicker? Just because you hydrate it doesn't mean you lose weight quicker. I understand you want to learn, and please do keep on asking questions but also look at the source you get your information from. Anyone that wants to see you something, be it a supplement or a magazine is probably writing woo. Scientific publications on the other hand generally don't. Though results might not be relevant to the average person out there.
Btw, I drink a lot of green tea (with lemon). It's just my beverage of choice. I like it.7 -
You said yourself you've been drinking it & not getting the effects you were hoping for....so...there ya go.5

The only way to lose weight from green tea is to either
(1) drink such vast amounts that the caffeine makes you twitchy enough to burn extra calories from twitching (the bad news is that we adapt to caffeine, so you'd have to keep increasing the amount, and eventually a large amount of caffeine isn't very good for you).
(2) drink such vast amounts that you're running to the bathroom all the time, so the extra walking burns more calories.
Either of those would be really dumb things to do, and water works just as well for the second one, anyway .
So, yeah, you answered your own question: It doesn't work.
There are no magic foods. Don't waste your time. Get good nutrition (for health, not weight loss), get some exercise (for fitness, not weight loss), eat a few calories below maintenance (for weight loss), and you'll reach your goal eventually. Patience, that's kinda magic.
Best wishes!5
