I am going to have to complete week one day 3 tonight. I have slacked a bit on all of my challenges for the last little bit so I have to try to get the motivation to start them up again.0

Day 3 completed, maxed out at 50. It really did feel a lot easier to do them.0

Week two, day one done. Max at 30.0

I just did week 4 day 1 last night. I maxed out at 550

Week 2, day 1, column 3, maxed out at 50 on the last set. I would rather do all these sit ups than stupid pushups, that's for sure.0

Smuehlbaur: Your not alone. I had to skip last week because I was in a fitness course and daily we had to workout which included a lot of core workouts. I didn't want to over do it, since at the end of the course, I would get certified to teach command fitness classes. Now that the week is over, I will be picking right back up where I left off. Tomorrow will be Week 4, day 1.0

I'm sorry for being so absent on this thread! Last week was a tough one for me to stay motivated (TOM + anemia) and I did the best I could when I could drag my sorry butt out of bed! I am back in the saddle in the morning, I promise!!!!0
