So im 243 and If i walk at a 9 km pace for 20 to 30 minutes and ride the bike the bike everyday for an additional 15 minutes how long will it take to get down to 160 pounds

I'm sorry. I have no idea how to answer that question.
How many calories are you eating a day?
Exercise is good, but you need to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight. Set your weight loss at 1-2 lbs a week.7 -
Weight loss happens in the kitchen. Fitness happens when you are out walking or cycling. If you want to lose weight put your stats in here then eat the calories a day it gives you. Add your exercise when you walk or ride and eat back at least half of them.
To ensure you are logging your food accurately it is recommended to buy a digital food scale if you don't already have one. Don't use measuring cup and spoons unless you are entering liquids. Instead, use the scales to weigh everything you eat before it enters your mouth (including prepackaged food). Check your entries against the nutritional information on the packaging or the USDA database. How long it takes you to lose weight will depend on how accurate your logging is really but don't aim for a loss of greater than 1% of your total body weight a week and no more than 2 pounds a week. This will ensure you lose the least amount of muscle mass possible.8 -
People dont always have the kind of lives that allow them to do the same workout every day.
Injuries and unexpected events can take up our time for long periods.
Learning to eat within calories and good habits in the kitchen will benefit you the most when this happens.
That's why you will see some new people here who are now finding themselves suddenly gaining due to covid. Not everyone.. but there are those who found they were active just enough in their daily lives to maintain and now find themselves struggling with the kitchen half of the equation. They never had to think about it before, now they do.

We have no way of answering that. It all depends on two things:
- Calories in: how many calories are you eating? From your post we cannot deduce how much you are eating.
- Calories out: how many calories are you burning (BMR, exercise and other activities). We only have a partial view of how many calories you might be burning.
So you could do what you are stating as exercise and reach your goal in a year, or not reach it at all, or any other duration. It depends on the total picture of the calories in and out, the main point being that you need to burn more than you consume to lose weight. And how much more you burn than you consume will determine how fast you lose.
(Note: faster is not necessarily better! Too fast and you will lose muscle mass and risk nutritional deficiencies, bad news for your health)5 -

As others have said weight loss is accomplished with eating primarily. If you ate exactly right and planned to use exercise as your only means to create a calorie deficit at your present amount of calorie burn (100ish calories) it would take 8 years to lose 83 pounds. To earn enough calories to make up a normal rate of loss for a person starting with 80+ pounds to lose you would have to do what I do for exercise which is not easy AND you would still have to eat a controlled number of calories. It would be much easier to eat less food and create a deficit that way.
That is not a reason to give up on your exercise. You are on your way to moving past a sedentary activity level which will certainly provide health and fitness benefits.7 -
I went from 220 to 160 in nine months. But, it is about the food more than about an hour of exercise per day.
The exercise helped, don't get me wrong - but I was logging food and staying within my calories. I personally believe logging food and studying that FOOD page was my greatest tool for staying on track. I logged my food and exercise every day for that entire nine months, and paid attention to the numbers.5 -
