Hi All..
Can someone explain to me :
Serve 2
Nutrition per serving

I'm asking because I cooked a recipe from MFP i came out with 4 portions.
So Is the 4 portions are going to be 1 serve?

If it serves 2 and you made four portions. I'd guess each person would get two of whatever you made.

    Can you share the recipe?

Nutrition would be 1/2 serving if you eat in 4 servings.

    https://blog.myfitnesspal.com/broccoli-quinoa-tabouli/

    Example:
The amount that came out of the recipe were 6 cuts.
Is the nutrition numbers are for the recipe
( regardless the amount that came out)

    I'm really confused.

The nutrition numbers are based on 1/6 of the recipe. They estimate that to be 1 cup per serving. But you might end up with a bit over or under, depending on whether your "medium" cucumber and tomato are the same size as the recipe creator's.
