I’m like you, never really settled into normal eat 3 meals a day regimen. I started doing keto and OMAD 8 months ago and it’s been a breeze. I hardly ever feel hungry. Lost 65 lbs (235 lb to 170) in the first 6 months and have been maintaining since.0

By success, do you mean weight loss? Weight loss depends on a calorie deficit, so if eating one meal controls your appetite and keeps you at the right calorie level, it will work
Two things to watch out for:- Make sure you are able to eat enough calories all at one time. Eating too little won't do you any favors either.
- Make sure you are getting enough protein and fat in your meal for good health. Typical recommendations are at least 0.6-0.8g of protein per lb of your ideal body weight, and 0.3g of fat.
