I’m like you, never really settled into normal eat 3 meals a day regimen. I started doing keto and OMAD 8 months ago and it’s been a breeze. I hardly ever feel hungry. Lost 65 lbs (235 lb to 170) in the first 6 months and have been maintaining since.

By success, do you mean weight loss? Weight loss depends on a calorie deficit, so if eating one meal controls your appetite and keeps you at the right calorie level, it will work

Two things to watch out for:
    1. Make sure you are able to eat enough calories all at one time. Eating too little won't do you any favors either.
    2. Make sure you are getting enough protein and fat in your meal for good health. Typical recommendations are at least 0.6-0.8g of protein per lb of your ideal body weight, and 0.3g of fat.
