Long Haul

Hi Peeps

In for the long haul after catching my reflection in a mirror whilst sat down at home. I need to loose about 93 lbs for my health and myself. I am fed up of walking from A to B and being out of breath, pain in my shoulders and elbows having to pull myself up into my lorry (not the best occupation for weight loss) and my skin seems to have gone dry.

I eat through boredom and lack motivation to exercise because of the shortness of breath and knee pain ( I didn't mention knee pain did I lol), but at the tender age of just 48 I am a disgrace.

Looking for people who will support me and are in a similar boat of needing to loose a boat load of weight. 93lb's is a lot of sugar.

Goals? To complete a Tough mudder in 2021 after all this Covid has gone and we can all come out and play.

Stay safe

Andy

I hope you reach your goal. I have a lot to lose. I'm 29 but I feel like I'm 90 years old. 😩

Slow and steady wins the race, remember that it's more important that you lose some weight every week than it is for you to be a certain weight by a certain date. Deadlines can cause problems, and a huge goal broken up into manageable pieces is more achievable. Oh, and don't forget to reverse diet when you're done. Good luck!
