Whats the best way to be accurate on this. Step counter? Dont we all burn different amount depending how hard we are working? I dont want to "eat back" excersise calories and end up over eating!
A little nudge reminder here a teeage growing boy can need over 6000 calories per day, and being a mama you'd do everything you you to make shure he got those calories so he was well feed, right?
If you don't give yourself enough energy then you won't be in much shape to take care of your kids due to the shakes, weekness, hunger induced migraines, and blurry vision. What if you passed out? Please eat for them! *hugs* Don't be scared, eating a little more will help you get closer to your goals not pull them further away.
