@sweetirish that would be a challenge. No soup? I love soups. I made 2 last week that we have been enjoying.
If I do make a soup, I make it with so many fillings that it's really a step above a goulash lol. I add a lot of quinoa in my stuffed pepper soup and that helps. I always set aside about half my batch as "normal" for hubby. My stomach is now shaped like a banana and adding liquid to food helps push it through. Most stomachs have a pouch that the food sits in while it digests and the liquid just adds to it. Mine, just slides through.1
