Weigh in?

My weigh in is tomorrow 5 days before my period. You think I should hold off on weighing in due to possible water weight gain? (I definitely see a change and feel different from last weigh in. I'm so excited, hopefully it's a good weigh in). I weighed myself the beginning of the week I was 143 from guess water weight. The other day was 139.4 so I'm hoping I went down even more. I really got to try step on the scale once a week but I can't stay away I'm so addicted.
Once I start my period I'm not weighing in until I'm 3 days past the last day so that way I have a chance to go back to normal.

    Or, you could weigh yourself every day, and begin to understand how weight fluctuations affect your own personal and individual body.

    Good idea might do that so I can understand it and that way I don't freak out when I go up a couple pounds 🤔
