Do you want to be part of a supportive group of committed individuals who are dedicated once and for all to achieving their goal weight, and releasing past excuses forever?

And, do you (more or less) fall into the following categories:

Group Member Qualifications

WEIGHT:
- Current Weight is 170-150 lbs (-ish, give or take)
- Goal Weight is 150-130 lbs
- You want to release (aka lose and never find) at least 15 lbs

ACTIVITY:
- You incorporate weight lifting & cardio (and maybe even flexibility)

MINDSET:
- You know this is about more than eating right and working out
- You want to make positive lifestyle changes
- You are willing to take action and start practicing better habits

HISTORY:
- You log into MFP at least once a week
- You make meaningful connections with other members, and don't just post to update your weight

THEN COME ON OVER AND INTRODUCE YOURSELF!

    We're 5 members strong so far!! We "begin" on Monday May 18th, though many of us have probably started a long long time ago.

    Hope to have you along for the ride. We're going to have weekly challenges, weigh-ins, and positive interactions.
