Some of you all might know me because of my ridiculous question on 900 calories diet before.. I tried fasting and eating 900 calories to lose weight before my trip. It worked but after the trip I realized it’s not worth it. I even gained some weight before the trip due to binge eating nevertheless I was still happy during that trip tho . When I came back from the trip , I had a BAD binging month. I was like *kitten* it this is it, I’m gonna enjoy my food. Thennnn I had a realization how I gained 5kg during that 1 month and how all my past effort could gone to waste anddd thank god I stopped binging. So during that trip I was 114kg , before the whole trip I was 110kg and after the trip I was 116kg. Thank freaking god today I’m back to my 110kg. I started working out more and eating just enough calories. It took me 2 months to lose 6kg but immmm so glad I fought back the urge to binge. That was the hardest thing I’ve ever done. Now I’m motivated more than ever to hit 99kg . I know I was being ignorant in the past but I just wanna day thank you for not bashing me/ giving up on me. Hopefully I contribute a great transformation to this app and my life lol

Sounds like you learned the lesson faster than I did. I just kept assuming I didn't have enough willpower and repeated my mistakes.
You will do great as long as you remain open to learning. Most of the lessons will be about yourself and how to manage yourself in weight management. It can be tricky. Well, at least it can be tricky for me.

Good to see you reporting back about the insight.
Frankly there are many that had what can only be described as foolish plans at something, and you even ask for them to report back at some point - and you never see them again, usually they had great confidence what many suggested might happen would never happen to them - but it probably did.
I've actually tracked a few that were especially dismissive noting date and loss amount when they started whatever the plan was, and several to many months later find them again and they are still or worse overall - their plan backfired.
Sometimes you'll see them back again saying they are inspired to try again. Sadly to do the same old thing.
So great realization on your part.6 -
I discovered I didn't know the difference between "a little bit hungry occasionally" and "really hungry all the time." So my initial efforts--thinking I *was* being careful--were too restricting. By slowing my rate of loss from 2 lb/week to 1 lb a week, I found I was much more satisfied with my intake and not thinking about food all the time.3
