    Overall, I'm very pleased with how this month went! I made my mini goal of 170 lbs and today was a bonus to get back to the 160s, although it's only the second day of the week, so I don't expect it to stick, but I'm still happy none-the-less!

    Thanks for having me along! I won't be able to make the July accountability as I'm in too many larger challenges for the moment, but I'll be back later on once things die down!
