I have such a hard time getting my water in!! I guess I need to get a water drink reminder!

    Or carry a water bottle around with you...just sip all day

    Don’t forget that a vast proportion of your body’s needs come from your food itself. Many vegetables and fruit are full of water. Fluids like tea, coffee, soups, Diet Coke (or even regular soft drinks) are essentially part of your necessary fluid intake.

    Judge your hydration needs by the colour of your urine. If it’s pale straw coloured throughout the day (discount early morning as it’s been concentrated over night because you’re not taking fluid whilst asleep!) then you are adequately hydrated.

    Lots of people (including me) find it hard to gulp down multiple litres of water per day and happily there is no need to!
