Make Profile (esp food entries) Viewable to Friends

Hi. New user here. How do I set my privacy settings so my Friend, (and Trainer) can see my food entries?

    I’m on the iOS App and it’s Privacy Centre >> Privacy & Sharing >> Diary Sharing.

    I don’t use the website version but I imagine it’ll be in a somewhat similar place.
