Hey. How are you all doing? . I have a nice job. I have great friends. I had a nice lift at the gym, and can feel my muscles telling me I did a good job. I got a knot in my back worked out by one of my nurses who is a certified massage therapist. I am being extra productive and catching up on lots of things at work.

In fact, I have absolutely nothing to complain about today, and thought I would share. I mean if people can make posts and piss and moan about how bad their days are, and such, shouldn't I be able to post and share how great my day has been so far?

    well i had a great frickin day too!,.,,, i ran for a hour, i roller bladed and i cycled.
    so i think i am doing better then you./
    then i went kite boarding.
    fun.
    now its hot as hell
    time to swim.
