I made a vegetable soup with two cups broth 5 calories a cup - two cups water - added garlic onions celery tomatoes spinach. The soup won’t be eaten in one day - it’s for today tomorrow and so forth - and I’ll have it with chicken. How do you calculate calories when the food is used for multiple days? ( third day using app still learning)

One way to do it is to create a recipe by adding each ingredient to the Recipe function of the app/site.
Once your soup is finished weigh the entire batch in grams and edit that gram weight into your recipe as the number of servings. Then when you come to eat it over the course of a few days you simply weigh that portion and log it as that many servings.
For example: the full batch weighs 3125g. So your recipe has 3125 portions. You weight out 275g for lunch, so log it by going to the recipe tab in your food diary, selecting your soup recipe and entering the meal as 275 portions.0
