Just joining in! I’ve been trying to kick the habit of “rewarding myself” for making it though the day in the evenings after DS is asleep. Happy to see a group dedicated to the same goal!
I rejoined MFP on June 3, so my days for this month will begin there. My goal is no snacking at all after 8pm. On days when snacking wins, my hard line is not exceeding my calories for the day because of it.

Yesterday was a low-cal day & DS ended up in my bed last night, so I did not sleep well! I’ve been craving sweets all day. Mandarin orange at lunch didn’t cut it. Cashew bar mid-afternoon didn’t cut it. I’m breaking my week-long streak to have some DumDums this evening, but I refuse to “give in” any more than that. It’s a darn good thing there aren’t any of my favorites in the house right now...1 -
