    My June LNS rule - No consuming of calories between 8 PM & 6 AM, so water is fine. May: 74%, Best: 74%

    A good night last night, although with cycling to work and back today I expect there to be challenges by about 9 PM.

    My goal is no snacking at all after 8pm. On days when snacking wins, my hard line is not exceeding my calories for the day because of it.

    Went over my calories again, but not by as much and I stopped eating at 8. I feel like I'm getting better.

    A solid dinner last night and I really didn't even think of anything after 8 PM. Weird, but in the best way possible! Tonight is a father's Day dinner so I'm expecting to be done eating by 8 PM. *crossing fingers*
