@feliciaboots, you can plan your meal the night before and update your daily diary. It takes away the stress of recording every little thing you eat throughout the day especially when you're busy. Eventually it'll become a habit and you'll track your calories effortlessly.

A solid dinner last night and I really didn't even think of anything after 8 PM. Weird, but in the best way possible! Tonight is a father's Day dinner so I'm expecting to be done eating by 8 PM. *crossing fingers*
