            Just found this thread. Love it! Same problem. Do well all day - then derail it from 7-10 pm after dinner with over 300 in calories. No wonder I am maintaining - and not losing. I don't think I can change my habit of eating at night yet, so I'm going to make my rule only fruit or decaf coffee after 7 pm.

I have been successful in changing the late night snack to decaf and/or fruit, but I did add 80 cal greek yogurt for that sweet treat feeling. It has really helped.1 -
