    My goal is no snacking at all after 8pm. On days when snacking wins, my hard line is not exceeding my calories for the day because of it.

    My June LNS rule - No consuming of calories between 8 PM & 6 AM, so water is fine. May: 74%, Best: 74%

    Just another day, although my eating has gotten strange. Either I'm really run down or I'm sick. Or both.

    Just found this thread. Love it! Same problem. Do well all day - then derail it from 7-10 pm after dinner with over 300 in calories. No wonder I am maintaining - and not losing. I don't think I can change my habit of eating at night yet, so I'm going to make my rule only fruit or decaf coffee after 7 pm.

    I have been successful in changing the late night snack to decaf and/or fruit, but I did add 80 cal greek yogurt for that sweet treat feeling. It has really helped.

    Meh - a decent month, although my caloric intake in general has been less than good. Onto July!!!
