Joining back in after a year off MFP. Lost 50lbs in 2019, but regained it all over the course of an incredibly stressful year. I remember this thread was really encouraging. Hoping to lose it again & keep it off this time!

I'm 5'8" and 34 years old.
I did such a great job in April with eating healthy but then ate ALL the food in May.
I want to get back to counting calories and trying to figure out how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
