    Feb loss: -2.2 lb
    March loss: -5.2 lb
    April loss -5.8 lb
    May loss -5.6 lb
    Start weight June: 207.8
    Goal weight this month: 203, then continue to lose weight
    Target goal weight: 200, and that may become a long term maintenance goal.

    1 June 207.8 (Have been monkeying around with intake levels as I approach my goal. So much more eating...)
    2 June 208.4 (And now more of the same, gains at the first of the month...)

    DH worked his last two night shifts this week, so when I get up in the morning I’ve been quietly tip-toeing out rather than stepping on the scale (which lights up the whole room). Doing well with my calories & macros, though!
