60 Minutes per Month Plank Challenge - June 2020

Goal: 100 (secretly aim to do 120 🤫)
6/1: forgot if I did any 🙄 🤷♀️
6/2: 5:00 (Day 2 of M&S included planks)
6/3: 5:00 (at least 2min during HIIT with HasFit, then 3:30 free style)
6/4: 5:00
6/5: 4:00, split into 3:00 at the end of M&S and 1:00 during Tabata
6/6: 5:00
6/7: 6:00 (1:30 or more during tabata with HasFit, rest on my own, straight)
6/8: none
6/9: HIT - they stretched at the end, I planked. Total: 5:00
6/10: 5:00 at the end of Day 2 of M&S (lifting)
6/11: 1+ min during the Tabata with Raneir Pollard. I so not felt like planning today, but then I did Jared Beckstrands 8 min challenge for like 6:30 min
6/12: 4:00 at the end (as part of) M&S Day4 + 2:00 l8r on
6/13: 3:00 during HIIT. I was going to do more, but didnt get round to it.
6/14: 5:00 Soh (modified after 3 min to do lateral planks) + accidentally did a Tabata with quite a few planks, I'll be gentle and say 3:00
6/15: I forgot 🤷♀️
6/16: 4:00 (or more) with LeSweat
6/17: 2:00 up/down on arms + 5:00 l8r on
6/18: 5:00 at the end of my strength Programme, legs day
6/19: 5:00 Soh's older workout
6/20: 3:00

Final thoughts: I'm really happy with my progress - I really can't believe that I managed to hold for 5 min. raised plank at the end of the challenge.3
