I use MFP for tracking my macros and calories. I found it more useful that Carb Manager, but that might be just me. My sister who started keto a year after I did(and lost weight faster ) used Carb Manager.

You do need to do some changes in MFP settings to make it keto friendly. Here's a link to show you how.

I'm doing the keto diet. But to not go crazy every Friday is cheat day/non keto day. So carbs on Friday but Saturday thru Thursday I'm 100% Keto.
