    Last week hubby was off so we went camping and we ordered take out a bunch. 🤦‍♀️ I didn’t log in and I didn’t exercise....haven’t even weighed myself.

    But this week I’m back! I was feeling pretty down about all the hard work I’m doing to seemingly no results. Imagine my surprise when my outdoorsy pants I bought years ago on clearance(so they have never fit perfectly) fit the best the ever have! Still a bit too tight but I am excited that I was finally able to see tangible proof of my hard work!

    This week my goals are:
    Exercise everyday!
    Stay under my calorie budget at least 2x!
    No more take out 🤣
