Round 2!

4 years ago I reached my goal weight after 2 years. I had lost 150 pounds on MFP. Now, after a series of life events and falling back into my previous habits I have gained back about 70 pounds. Enough! I have had a series of false starts, but now I have to get serious about my health. I am 67 years old, had a knee replacement in January and need a hip replacement, so I know it's not going to be easy. I still work Full Time and am in the middle of the Covid19 mess as a Respiratory Therapist. The best defense is a healthy body, that I know. Last time I did this it was the Community that kept me motivated. So here I am again, looking for your support and hoping to give some in return. Looking forward to the journey!
