MFP won't open on my iPhone...

[There used to be a technical support section, but it says it's moved, and I couldn't find it. Soooo...]

Does anyone know why it's so difficult to open MFP on my iPhone recently? When I try to open the app, it just keeps saying "Updating", but never does anything. If I close it and re-open it several times in a row, it eventually opens. The whole process can take 10-15 minutes, though. Turning off my phone and turning it on again doesn't help the problem.

    I’m having the same issue. Sometimes it’s fine but mostly it does exactly as you describe.

    I’ve wondered if uninstalling the app and reinstalling would help but I’m not sure that it’ll keep the data so I’m reluctant to try that potential solution. 🤷‍♀️
