Success of the week: I finally right in the middle of my maintenance range again. I did some reassessment of my goals, and I think I'm in a good place again. I may move a bit closer to the bottom; if not, that's fine. On a non-scale note, I made some great progress with my running setting some personal records and attaining two of my goals.

Success/Struggles: Average weight for July was still good even though I took 10 days off for vacation. Didn’t weigh myself at all or log much for the trip, but the damage was minimal so that was good. On the other hand, August is proving to be more problematic as I seemed to have brought a few bad habits back with me. Lastly, had someone who hadn’t seen me in months comment on how much I had lost so that was a nice surprise.
