I’m 5’6 and trying to put on muscle after being bedridden for over a year. I’m 157 now and want to get down to around 135. Will likely need to cut, bulk, then cut again to gain muscle back and lose fat. If I end up a bit higher due to muscle I’m ok with that.

Well, I've had 160 twice. The first time through diet and exercise and I felt great, although I think that 145 would have suited me better. I gained weight after getting to 160 so I don't know what 145 would have felt like. The second time I got to 160 wasn't not intentionally, and it happened somewhat fast because of illness and stress. I felt and looked horrible when I saw myself.

So, the same amount of weight doesn't look the same depending on what you do, how you eat, how fast you get there, if you exercise or not. So, when I get to 160 again, I'll see how I feel and look :)

I'm currently 5'5 and 147. I'd like to be 135, and then go from there and see what that looks/feels like again. Its been a while since I've been at that weight. I'd like to recomp and gain muscle mass and lose a lot of fat, so that is what I'm working towards atm.

I’m 5’6 and 157 rn w/ around 30% body fat. My goal weight is 130-145 w/ (give or take) 20% body fat. I’m doing a cut phase, a bulk phase, and then another cut phase before going into maintenance mode. Want to drop fat and gain muscle after being mostly bedridden over a year and losing a lot of muscle.

I am just under 5'6", currently weighing around 160 lbs, and goal weight is somewhere between 140-150. I'm already fit and healthy, so that goal is straight up vanity. I suspect based on my build (reasonably muscular with most weight in my bootay) and history that I might have visible abs at 140.

My first goal is 200lbs but my ultimate goal is 150lbs. I remember being good with myself at that weight, actually I thought I was the bomb <3

5"5' I was very happy with how I felt/looked at 135lbs. Currently at 158 (as of today!) and current goal would be to maintain 140lb.

Just under 5'6" in height. I initially called goal at 152 last December. Then, I continued to lose slowly and maintain around 145. I think that's a good weight for me.

5'6, 5'7 on a good day. First goal is 160, then we reassess. I could lose quickly but I'm trying to make a successful lifetime change this time around!

I'm 5'6 currently 210lbs and aiming for 180lbs. A few years ago I was at my lowest at around 169lbs. I've since started lifting weights so I think 180lbs is a good goal to aim for.

    5'5"

My goal weight is 160. Currently a little over 200 pounds and tend to lose slowly, so seeing that number would be exciting.

I'm about 5'7 and will be happy if I can get down to 160, any less and I'll start to look under weight. I'm currently around 200 and my weight was just going up so had to give myself a kick before it got too out of hand lol

I'm 168cm (I think that's about 5'6). I don't have a goal weight per say - I'm currently about 111lbs, I care more about how I visually appear rather than the number on the scale. I just want to tone up some more and lean out a little :)

Based off your BMI you are underweight.
  • I'm 225 right now, my goal is to lose 100. But that is a big goal so... first to get to 200, then to onederland, than 160 (PRE-MEDICATION WEIGHT) I've never been 125 at least not since 8th grade so I dunno but we'll see.

Weight is all relative based on age, gender, births, traumas, bone structure, muscle mass, etc. For me at 5'7", my younger self didn't know it but maintaining 125 pounds looked waifly bad. 35ish years later, my present higher 160's is still a bit more extra than I'd like. So thinking another 8-10 pound loss would be good for my health. Goals are nice, but best to feel healthy in your skin and re-evaluate for you along the way. Best of luck on your journey.

Yes I am aware of that. I have a very small body frame so I look completely "normal" at slightly lower weights. I am quiet 'skinny fat' though so i'd like to be able to build some more muscle. Please don't be concerned, I look and feel perfectly healthy and eat a perfectly decent amount. Everybody's body is different. Plus I'm a runner, we tend to be a little smaller. :)
