The way I add on to my posts is this: I copy my previous post and paste it into the reply box. I then add the new date and info. Then, (if you want to put previous days/weeks info in a spoiler) I high light the dates I want in the spoiler and click on the symbol above the reply box that looks like a "paragraph" symbol (the backwards lP). Then just post your reply! Nice job on the steps, by the way!1 -

I've had a massive drawback the past week and a half due to moving and family issues, hence the lack of exercise. I've been eating okay, not too unhealthy, not extremely healthy but it's been alright. Hoping to get back on track quickly and at least reach 12h for this month!1 -
