    July 1st- Dancing- 30 mins
    July 3rd- Walking- 35 mins
    July 5th- Hiking- 2 hrs and 45 minutes
    July 6th- Walking- 40 mins

    Total- 4.5 hours

    July 7th- Walking- 1 hour
    July 8th- Walking- 1 hour

    Total- 6.5 hours

    Decided to cut my golf time in half. So if I spend 4 hours playing a round, then I'll record 2 hours here - because I'm not actually MOVING for 4 hours.

    Sooooo. with that:

    7/1 abs and butt 20 min.
    7/2 golf 2 hrs.
    7/5 running and golf 2 hrs 40 min
    7/6 walk 40 min
    7/7 running 30 min
    7/8 golf 2 hours and ping pong 98 min.
    7/9 golf 2 hours; running 30 min

    Total: 12 hours 18 min.

    Wow, I’m new to the community boards😜🤪 I posted in the wrong place. But I had 4 hours yesterday, Hiking 🥾 Swimming 🏊‍♀️ jumping off rocks into the lake and a ton of steps. 20 hours to go. Is that how it works?👀😆
