I wasn’t that fast😜, but I got 41 miles in in just under three hours.
I really pushed myself on this one and it felt really good.

80km in the dales including two savage climbs (fleet moss and park rash). Surprised myself by getting a Strava top 10 on fleet moss
There's a UK book of the 100 best cycling climbs in the country and they both get 9/10 ratings in there, I'd never dared try either of them before!

Noticing a definite uptick in cycling performance thanks to my recent higher volume and increased focus on hill climbing. Pulling higher gears, losing less momentum uphill and setting lots of Strava PRs on familiar roads I've been riding for years.
Did a couple of drive/rides this week so I could tackle some big hills with fresh legs rather than having to cycle an hour or more before ploughing up 17% hills. Made a nice change to cut out some of the "junk miles".
145 miles for the week, 432 for July and Strava 150 PRs.
Roughly 5% ahead of schedule for my monthly climbing challenge.2 -

Had to cut the ride short this morning, got a spoke that was loose and caused the rear wheel to rub on the brake... know what I will be doing this afternoon.

Another Sunday morning ride done. Struggled with a bad headwind most of the way though
Garmin still being down is a bit annoying, fingers crossed it gets sorted soon.

A physically exhausting week helping a friend move house impacted my cycling and squeezed out most of my "me time" so I've only managed five fairly short rides, mostly in the late evening.
96 miles for the week, 528 miles for July so far.
On the upside I'm setting loads of Strava PRs as my speed seems to have made a definite uptick.
