103lbs to lose - looking for active members and an active forum

Hi everyone,

So a little about me. I have had a lot of health problems over the last 9 years and gained 117lbs, taking me to a whopping 238lbs. I am now down to 224lbs but have another 103lbs to go.

I am really just looking for active members to befriend and drop in once every Sunday to just say how your weeks went and what you've managed to achieve with your weight journey.

The reason I am looking to meet active friends is so we can all help, support and motivate each other along the way. If you've had a bad week don't be ashamed to admit it as you just put it behind you and start again. If you've had a great week let us know how you did it and see if it can encourage others to do the same 🙂

I know there is a lot of these types of discussions open in all the different forums but for mines to be different it is for people who are committed but sometimes just need to support or get support from others, but must be an active member of the group so we can befriend each other and have fun on our journey together. That is the important part.

So come join me and just post your updates every Sunday but feel free to do it during the week or post as much as you want.

    I can offer a smaller group setting if you would like. I have an MFP group called 'Larger Losers" and it is specifically for people who have or had 75 or more pounds to lose and wish to lose it in a sensible and sustainable fashion. The group has many wonderful members who really understand the challenges of carrying a lot of extra weight.
