Not new to MFP. Lost 100 lbs during last year but due to getting seriously sick fell off plan. Have gained about 6 lbs back and have come back to lose down to my final goal I have 18 lbs to go. If anybody would like to be computer buddies for support and inspiration would love to chat. I love MFP it is the best thing that ever happened to me.

Congratulations on your 100 lb loss. I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been ill. I’ve never been overweight, but I’m still happy to provide motivation, encouragement.
This is a life long journey to be a healthier you.
I’m certain if you lost 100 lbs in a year, you’ll be able to lose those last 18 lbs in 18 to 36 weeks. That’s a half to one pound per week. I know that seems like a really long time when you’ve lost so much weight in a year, But it is more difficult to lose when you are lighter. So, don’t be discouraged by that.
Take care

I agree with the above, but I'd say 0.5lb a week given that you only have 18lb to lose. Slow and steady.
You've lost an amazing 100lb so you know that if you follow your calories, you'll lose those last few lbs.1
