Introduction 🙃

Hello I'm Harley, ex-military mother-of-three, I work night shift in a machine shop so Health and fitness is a little difficult but I always try to make sure I make time for it in some way, this forum is a little bit of a complicated beast but I trust I will figure it out. I struggle with accountability but I've at least got myself down to an every-other-day consistently. I am trying to work on consistency. And I would love to learn more about nutrition and how our food affects our body and mind. I have never counted or paid attention to anything that I eat other than the fact of trying to make it relatively healthy or what I thought was healthy. My daughter struggles with weight gain we have sense revamped our diet and removed most wheat, gluten, soy and dairies. This helped her to lose quite a bit of weight but unfortunately me as well.. and I was trying to gain it. So this is where I'm at learning how I can gain weight in a healthy manner without it being stuck in my belly only. and learning about nutrition to help my daughter and her endeavor to keep the weight off.
