How much weight are you trying to lose? What did you set your weight loss goal at?

Are you using a food scale and weigh everything? Some of your calorie counts seem really low.

Did you really only have 15 grams of stuffing??? That’s only 1 tablespoon? I can’t say I’ve personally ever eaten only 1 tablespoon of stuffing...

Are you SURE you’re weighing foods accurately?

Lol yes I don’t really like it so I was trying some again to see if I had changed my mind! I hadn’t 😜

So - what exactly is your question, clarissa4542?

The point is not whether you liked it or not but whether you’ve selected an appropriate entry when logging the bit you ate but didn’t like. As I mentioned before, the entry for the stuffing you chose to use was one where the stuffing was in a pork roast - which I don’t think is what you ate?

If I were logging a packet stuffing I’d be typing something like this:

Sainsbury’s Lemon and Thyme Stuffing Mix

    or

Paxo Sage and Onion Stuffing Mix

Those are examples, obviously but I’d not just type ‘stuffing’ and pick a random entry!

That’s not the only discrepancy in the screenshot vs your list but it’s the one that illustrates best the perils of the database and how important it is to learn how to ‘game the broken system’ when it comes to finding accurate, appropriate entries.

I’m using the app so I can’t link the relevant threads that explain in detail how to better record your intake, but hopefully someone else can help with providing a link - I know there’s a thread somewhere (in the stickies, probably) that covers this.
