Dear community, I am new here. Was a part of the community 4 years ago but left when it got to expensive to stay. So I am not doing Premium. Don't think I need to. I'll get as much support here that I need. I am very discouraged today. I just started seeing a RD and she put me on a low carb diet 80-120 a day with 1500 calories. I lost nothing the first 2 weeks but put on 4 lbs this last week. I only weigh once a week. I am also in OA. Compulsive over eater, Bulemic. No activity on either front. I am 43 days abstinent. I have a sponsor too. But enough of me. How can I get over this hump? any suggestions from the community?

are you using a food scale with your logging, and were all the weigh ins taken on the same scale?0
