I tried it, it wasn’t for me. I never stopped being ravenous. I think it works really well for some people but definitely not for everyone.

I basically do an OMAD plan, with dinner being the main meal. Occasionally I have an egg or something mid-day if I feel hungry. I have never liked eating breakfast and eliminating lunch wasn't difficult, but I don't obsess over it.

I started Omad yesterday, eating between 3pm and 6pm. So far not bad. I need to lose the pounds more than I need the food.
I however eat all food groups

I tried it and hated it. Less variety and it was impossible for me to get enough protein.

    What is OMAD?

OMAD = One Meal a Day. Eating all your daily calories in one meal and eating nothing or almost nothing for the rest of the day. Some people like that because it allows for heavier or larger meals and higher calorie desserts.

I've never intentionally done OMAD, so I'm probably not in a position to make a fair judgment, but the days where it happened by accident were a struggle to get enough calories in without feeling like my stomach was going to explode. Today is another example of that, and I'm not extremely short for the day, but I'm not happy about it, either.

CICO. Doesn’t matter how you do it, BUT OMAD is not recommended for people with certain health conditions like diabetes.
