Had my gallbladder out a few weeks ago and developed complications post operatively due to my diet. Now the doctor has restricted me to 18g of fat or less per day. I've found a couple good meals that I've thoroughly enjoyed but not really anything overly excited about. I'm trying to introduce fruits and veggies into my diet (reason why keto was so easy for me was because I don't really care for them.
So far, no pain since switching and things are getting back to normal. Any low fat meals that you guys would recommend?

Do you like Thai food? Recipes that don't include coconut milk tend to be low fat. (Use non-stick pans for stir frying.)
I don't have an air fryer myself, but people rave about them.

I highly recommend Dr. McDougal. Most of his recipes are vegan but you can easily make them non vegan if you want. https://www.drmcdougall.com/health/education/recipes/mcdougall-recipes/2

Here are a couple websites. I've liked everything I've tried from Skinny Taste.
